Writing Problem Statement

Context: For the past 2 weeks, we have been reading and writing about community problems, and you have identified a community issue that will be the focus of your problem/solution in this course. As a reminder, we are writing one long essay in 3 separate parts (the parts were outlined in our assignment on March, Book 1, so feel free to review that assignment if you need additional context). The first part of your essay is devoted to proving that there is indeed a problem. As a reminder, academic essays comprise of most of your course grade, so you need to put substantial time and thought into drafting this essay.
