Contingency Theory and Leadership and Management

Each student will complete a stand-alone research paper that surmises the theoretical
differences between and practices of management versus leadership. Focusing on
a specific topic in management and leadership, students should further identify how
different leadership styles could impact organizational culture, change, and productivity.
Students will conclude their research paper by outlining how their research can be
applied in their own workplace and/or life situation. Each section of the paper should
have Level II headers to make it easy for the reader to understand what topics they are
