For this first assignment, construct a 5-7 page paper that:
a) details the ethical considerations in embarking upon a qualitative research project;
b) proposes a qualitative project via two well-written research questions (RQ) and 2-3 semi-structured interview questions for each (RQ); and
c) identifies the target populations, as well as any ethical challenges you might expect to encounter where completing such a project is concerned.
Your paper should utilize sound critical thought, liberally refer to and cite course materials, and be written in APA-format (to include a title page, abstract, properly formatted in-text citations and a reference page). Any research topic is acceptable as long as it has an application to psychology and allows you to demonstrate your learning of qualitative research principles taught thus far in the course.
Make sure that you use properly APA formatted subheadings in your work clearly demarcating your introduction, general ethical considerations in qualitative methods, research questions and justification for those questions, your target population, anticipated ethical challenges unique to your study, and finally your conclusion. Remember that the crux of this assignment is about ethics in qualitative research and not an in-depth and detailed research proposal. Therefore, ethics should be the overarching theme throughout your essay

Write a 2-3 page paper in which the following are addressed:
1. Explain the interrelationship between innovation and entrepreneurship.
2. Compare the risks and benefits of a social organization as it relates to change and innovation.
3. Speculate how artificial intelligence (Al) and robotics will influence organizations in the next 10 years. Provide specific examples of how this new
technology has encouraged new business creation or growth.
4. Describe at least two risks that new technologies may present to existing industry models and economic systems.
Include at least two references from professional and reputable sources to support your assertions or arguments.

Step 1: Process Evaluation
Create a new Word doc for the elements of this assignment.
Evaluate your process using 1 of the following:
• Use the lean concept to find ways to eliminate waste and improve the process.
• Use SPC or Six Sigma to reduce defects or variances in the process.
Add your evaluation to your Word doc with the header “Process Evaluation.”
Step 2: Evaluation of Control Chart and Process Metrics
Complete the following in Excel:
• Calculate the defined process metrics including variation and process capability.
• Develop and display a control chart for the process.
• Evaluate the control chart and process metrics using Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods. Determine whether the process could benefit from the use
of Six Sigma, Lean, or other tools. (Include all calculations and charts.)
Write your evaluation in your assignment Word doc under the header “Evaluation of Control Chart and Process Metrics.”
Step 3: Executive Summary
Write a 700-word executive summary that includes the following:
• A summary of the Process Evaluation (using either Lean or SPC or Six Sigma)
• A summary of the Evaluation of Control Chart and Process metrics based on SPC methods
• A summary of your evaluation of whether the process would benefit from the use of Six Sigma, Lean, or other tools
• A description of the SPC project and recommendations for improvements
Add your summary to your Word doc with the header, “Executive Summary.”

7-page paper (minimum) which addresses a specific problem of the response phase in an in-depth manner. Specific questions to be answered include: What is a major challenge government officials will confront during the response phase of disaster? Why is it a problem? Why is this issue important to resolve? Finally, how can it be overcome by the emergency manager and other related actors or agencies?
